Dior Plaza nail polish is one of the colours offered in the upcoming Color Block Collection, featuring three other shades called Incognito, Lucky and Riviera. The collection is due to be released alongside the new and exciting Dior Addict Extreme lipsticks.
Plaza is a hot Barbie pink with a tinge of fuschia and perhaps slight violet undertones. I love that it’s such a bright and spunky colour! It seems to have a jelly finish but the consistency feels more like a cream to me. Application is smooth but the formula can be a little thick, so I’d recommend to use thinner layers with this one. I applied two coats in the photos and it’s not completely opaque. It’s glossy enough on its own and didn’t require a topcoat.
If you are a fan of bright, hot pinks, Plaza is definitely one to lookout for. This looks great on toe nails too, especially if you’re wearing white or bright yellow strappy heels.
Dior Le Vernis in Plaza will be available starting April 2012 and is priced at RM72.
