I am starting to become quite a fangirl of Topshop Makeup. Everything that I have purchased so far have been hits with me and powder blush is no exception. This is a relatively new formula as the previous blushes they have produced have been cream-based. But I do prefer powder blushes because they are easier to apply.

The Topshop powder blush in Powdered is a bright, baby pink and it’s such a pretty shade. The consistency is smooth and it has a fine and buttery texture. It has a matte finish and does not contain any shimmer, which is great if you have oily skin and don’t require the extra shine. It is very pigmented and can be layered if you prefer more intensity. I tend to use a light hand when applying blushes as my cheeks are naturally red and too much blush makes my face look quite ruddy.

I think the mirrored compact with the scattered dots on the cover is really cute.

And we also have them reminding us to “apply to apples of cheeks”, just in case you forget where you are supposed to place your blush ;-)

I need to find a different spot to take self-portraits because I think the lighting makes nearly every blush I’ve worn look the same. It may look a bit peachy in the photo but it is definitely a lot more pink than peach in person.

The blush is priced at RM33, which is not too expensive and the quality is comparable to a few higher-end brands. So far, I have only noticed one shade available in the powder blush form and am hoping that Topshop will release more colours. You can find Powdered in most Topshop stores around Klang Valley and K.L.

Have you tried any Topshop Makeup before? I also have the kohl eyeliners, nail polishes and lipsticks, and they are all pretty good stuff. Do share what you have and like from their collection.

Roar! I shouldn’t have bought the cream blush (it’s still sitting in my box, untouched, for the past.. year? :P), I prefer powder blushes too. How’s the wear time?

It’s quite long-lasting on me, I would say around 6 to 8 hours or more? I can wear this for a full work day and it doesn’t really fade until I start blotting my face. It’s very soft and blendable and I love the baby pink shade :-)

Oh, this colour is pretty! In the photo, it looks like Bobbi Brown’s Pale Pink. Gorgeous pop of colour.

I haven’t used Bobbi Brown for years! You just reminded me that they make some really nice blushes too :-)

There’s something about very pink blushes that looks peachy on photo ! I’ve encountered the same problem! But on pan, I love it!! Super PINK!

Hey Nikki, I think it’s the lighting because the morning light tends to look a bit warmer. But yes, in the pan it’s such a cute pink! Am loving these blush colours :-)

i didn’t notice they have new blush!!

i am tempted to try out their more expensive nail polish as they look a bit duochrome to me. i only tried their normal line of polish and find it just okay only :)

You’ll definitely likey this one. It will look so sweet on you :-) I’m not sure if the blush is permanent though, I forgot to check and assume it is.

That’s a right shame, Plue. I didn’t realise it’s limited edition and honestly thought it was permanent. I’ve read many rave reviews on their cream blushes as well, which are available. Perhaps you can check those out too.

cute! I wanted to try out the eyeliners you wrote about previously, but unfortunately all the places I’ve gone to don’t have them in stock (and no testers either!). :(

Awww, Bee… Don’t fret! The next time you’re back I’ll pass you Juniper (the purple one) because that is so you ;-) I think the pencils are quite hard to come by these days. That’s the thing about Topshop Makeup, the stock is rather inconsistent.
